well…. still on my kick….

I am still seeing results but more in my legs and arms than anything. I really want to lose my stomach!! I know that they say it is the last to go but it’s killing me! A little over 5 weeks to go until I reach my goal date! I KNOW I can do this!!

I try to take pics and measurements every other day. It really helps me stay motivated when I see gradual changes. I have seen the most change in the past week. My stomach doesn’t look so gross to me anymore. It was grotesque! I still have a long way to go but at least I feel as though my hardwork is paying off. Everyone was right…. DIET is the key. I sometimes feel as though I am eating cardboard but if cardboard gets me the body that i want then so be it!

I have a birthday coming up soon…

and I want to look AMAZING!! I know that a bunch of us will get together and go out and I really want to feel good and look good!! So now I have a good goal…. I have 6 weeks to get this tire off of my midsection! (And hopefully see a little definition)!!

I was supposed to wait an entire month but I just couldn’t wait any longer. It’s been almost 3 weeks of weight training, cardio, and eating clean. I am now 20.7— down from 22.3. I am very pleased with these results. I can’t wait to see what the next three weeks will bring!! A lot of hardwork and determination but I can do it!

Ok…well, I am finally seeing a little change!

It’s not as much change as I would have liked but I will take it. I haven’t really lost enough around the midsection but my legs are arms are really starting to take on some shape. My main concern is getting this "tire" off of my stomach area. I am eating really clean, lifting weights, and doing my cardio. i don’t know where I am going wrong.

Eating right?

I feel like I am eating right. I htink that I am eating enough. Here is what I have had so far today….

7:30–Protein Shake, Fiber One Bar ( I was in a hurry)

10:00– Banana (workout)

12:30– 4 oz low sodium turkey, 1 cup grapes

4:00–4 oz low sodium turkey, sweet potato with cinnamon

OH…. and I also had my husband take pics of me last week so I can watch the changes as I go through my transformation. I was so mortified by what I saw that I can’t even bring myself to post them. I have this back fat that I am completely ashamed of and my stomach looks awful!! Maybe when I have "good" pics to post then I will post the "bad" ones!

I need to quit getting on the scale! What is my deal? I know that changes won’t happen over night but I have been working out and eating right for a week now and I’m actually gaining weight. UGH!! I hope that I am doing all of this right. I NEED to feel my best!!
