Well said. I ahte all the excuses people give for not going heavy. I love it when you can tell that people are looking at you, when you get to those cheat reps or half reps, and they’re thinking "This guy doens’t know what the hell he’s doing". Actually, it’s the other way around, I’m the one going shopping to buy clothes that will fit due to the fact that I’ve gotten bigger over the past year. They can keep their perfect form and light ass weight, I’ll go all out for as long as I can, then I’ll do it some more.
Yeah I like packing on the weight and doing walking lunges with DB I cann barely lift. I out train 1/2 the menin my gym. The buckle feeling is all so wonderful. I love a heavy leg day and a 15 mile bike ride. Walking the next morning is somewhat of a chore.
