I love the weights but they keep me sore as hell. I need one of those old school remedies or quick fixes to get and keep me going. Holla if you have one lol.

Right after training, eat a form of sugar, Apples, angel food cake, glucose. With in one hour protein. Take your joint supps and fush out the lactic acid with water, water, water!(Remember that you should be calculating your daily water intake by your weight, but then you lift so you need more! Do it throughout the day instead of drinking it all down at once) In the A.M. take your EFA’s Omega 3-6-9’s. They means supps or Flax oil, Fish oil, Vitamin E, etc. Once a day drink a straight green tea. You are over 35 like me so think about taking a quality MSM/ Chondriotin/ Glucosamine Supplement, the one’s with Hydrolyzed Collagen in them are the one’s that you want! Dat’s my 2 cents.
Stay Motivated!

I had a wonderful workout and thanks to Velardesd my soreness is going away..I appreciate the advice. My goal for tonight is to watch the UM v/s FSU game and not fall for the temptation thats going to be all around me at the game party..I don’t want to put anything unhealthy into this body.
