Cardio
Ok today was the 1st day of my cardio planning on 4 days a week 12 hrs between training (which ill be starting again on monday) and some abs after the cardio. did 12 mins on ex bike 7ks half on level 6 half on level 5 then 40 crunches and 12 leg raises took it easy cause im having my week off i aim to increase distance and time from now on and increase ab work each time after the cardio.
