The 1st day of my cut. Animal cuts for breakfast chicken and vegies 2lts of water.Hitting the weights after 1st day on superpump250, which i hope is even better than no-explode.
Cardio again 2night, cardio and diet LIVE FOR THIS!!

Ok today was the 1st day of my cardio planning on 4 days a week 12 hrs between training (which ill be starting again on monday) and some abs after the cardio. did 12 mins on ex bike 7ks half on level 6 half on level 5 then 40 crunches and 12 leg raises took it easy cause im having my week off i aim to increase distance and time from now on and increase ab work each time after the cardio.

Having a week off just completed 8 weeks of max-ot enjoyed it very much and i think its a way of training ill keep, its hard intense and most importantly its getting me results.
After next week ill be doing cardio 4 times a week max-ot stylee 30 mins of intensity driven fat burning action. My main goal is to get down to around 12% bf b4 i finish up at work at the end on january while still putting on muscle, i aim to do this buy x8 week sessions of max-ot 4 cardio sessions a week and a week off after the 8 is up. This is my goal i will complete

Just had a week and a half of rest because i hit a plateau and didnt seem to be gettin anywhere and couldnt push myself as hard as i was.
Doing a small workout today just to get the bloodpumping nothing major just for feel then back into the heavy stuff Sunday.
