Working Hard but Not Seeing Results
Well I thought I have worked hard over the past 2 weeks. But from the comparison of my photos, I can’t see any change. I feel harder and tighter but you sure can’t see it. Ugh, this isn’t good. I am working with a trainer 2 days/week, and guess I am not hitting it hard enough between my sessions. I’ll start putting more focus on my diet and getting quality workouts when I’m on my own, and kick up the cardio to see if I see better results over the next 2 weeks.
