Well I thought I have worked hard over the past 2 weeks. But from the comparison of my photos, I can’t see any change. I feel harder and tighter but you sure can’t see it. Ugh, this isn’t good. I am working with a trainer 2 days/week, and guess I am not hitting it hard enough between my sessions. I’ll start putting more focus on my diet and getting quality workouts when I’m on my own, and kick up the cardio to see if I see better results over the next 2 weeks.

I had a great workout with my trainer today, even ran for half hour prior to our session, and worked hard at the gym.
Bought the Eating Clean book, and had the first tuna sandwich in my life! Hope to eat well tomorrow!! And to hit the gym for 1 hr of cardio.

This was a hard picture to take, seeing it is harder, realizing how flabby and fat I have gotten. But I am on my way now. Off to buy the book "Clean Eating" and meeting my trainer at 3:00.
Let’s see how fast I can show progress….stay tuned.
