Wanted to do standing OHP today but It hurt to much to bring my arm down with that much range of motion. Getting onto the bench hurt the most then getting off wasn’t to pleasant either. I couldn’t do a full range bench as again the ROM was to much but 3 board was okay. I couldn’t get into a full arch and get as tight as I normally could but getting up on my traps a little helped. Got some vid and will upload tonight when I get home. Couldn’t do any back work or delt work. I guess I could have done front raises maybe but I don’t like hitting the front delts directly to much.
It SUCKS waking up at 5am. Waking up is hard but once I’m up I’m up. I really like that my main training is done with and nothing to interfere with it and I actually have more energy once awake then when I get home at night. I’ll hit up an extra workout as soon as I get home as I’ll be right there in the garage. Love that too.
