Happy to finally get 275 again. Slight struggle on the way up but kept moving strong. Shirt work was aweful today. 365 felt easy but went straight back on the first set. Got it easy on the second. 405 was just misserable. I flatten out to much once I get to touching the boads and loose it. I have to focus a LOT more on staying up on my traps, staying tight the entire time, and keeping my belly up. Wont be able to get over to Carpenter’s for the next month as we’ll be traveling out of town every weekend for the next month. Yep, Christmas starts next weekend for us. YAY…..

I hate gear! I need to sit back more and spread my legs apart more. I hate gear!! Still haven’t had a whole lot of energy . I hate gear!!! Did start eating more like normal yesterday but not nearly enough. I hate gear!!!! Starting to take my sups again today too. I hate gear!!!!! Next week I should be back to normal. I hate gear!!!!!!! BTW, these briefs I got are freaking awesome. I hate gear!!!!!!!!! Don’t know if I’ll be ready to wear both the briefs and the suit come meet day. I hate gear!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a hard enough time getting down into the hole with just one of them on. I HATE GEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bleh, at least I didn’t throw up and shoot anything out my rear. Almost upchucked a couple times and couldn’t get up right away off the bench at the end. I accomplished what I wanted to so good day. I wanted to touch and get 385.

Not a good night last night. I’ve had projectile fluids coming out of both ends all night. At least I stopped the puking part around 9am. Late night at work and around 8:30pm last night I got a chicken club combo at Hardee’s. BAD IDEA!!!! About 11:30 last night it started. Almost went to the hospital if I didn’t stop at least the puking part and can keep down some pedialite by this afternoon. Muscles have been cramping up really bad too as I’ve been getting massively dehydrated. At least I’m keeping down the pedialite now. Last time I was this bad off from food poisoning was back in highschool when 600 kids out of 800 got sick from eating from the school cafeteria. Hopefully I’ll be eating some solid food by tonight and be ready for some benching tomorrow.

Starting to feel stronger. My triceps are thrashed after this morning. I got a huge PUMP too in them after those tricep extensions. Should have done some curls to go with that pump.

Straps down and it was just like wearing the briefs. Nice fast pop off the box. Straps up and HOLY SH*T I feel like I’m being crushed. Not by the weight but by the suit. I really had to focus on keeping my back tight and arched. The straps wanted to pull my shoulders down and round me out. It was also very different trying to find a resting spot for the bar to nest into with the straps up. I need bigger traps. I about fell forward coming up with the 405. I was like a tightly wound spring, I even made a really weird funny squeaking noise trying to get to the box as I felt the pressure of the suit.
I’ll be using the briefs only for a while and as I get closer to the meet I’ll throw on the suit here and there just to make sure I can get down into the hole. I just wanted to make sure the suit fit and didn’t need to send it off to Ken to any alterations. It fit great. Took almost 20m to get into and the straps were really hard to get up and were crushing on the way down. Nice welts and bruises again.

Felt great going into today. Refreshed and ready to go when I got up this morning. I wanted that 365 today. I got it down to a 1 board with some patience and lots of tucking. Will take it down to touch all the way next week.
