Butt started to come up and got of the bench slightly and I slammed that bastard down and pushed through it!! Triceps were on fire by the 245 and barely squeezed out 5. Was going to end it after 3 but decided to push for it.

Almost got full range of motion in the neck. Been doing a lot of MICEing for it. Felt some pain today but it was more irritating then debilitating today. Well, off for the most part of next week. Going to be doing a LOT of driving around to see family. Will be driving 6 hours on Saturday, 4 hours on Sunday, and 6 hours on Tuesday. I might get in on Wednesday - Friday for just some light movements and stretching. Besides I’ll have to play around with my new bands a little which hopefully will be here today!!

Hurt just getting down onto the bench and sitting back up. Couldn’t get into any kind of setup so I just went completely flat. 275 was surprisingly easy. Hurt once I got it about half way down so I didn’t pause at all but I had to go slow. Couldn’t do jack crap for upper back!!!! Thank GOD I could do curls though!!!!!!!!!!! Think I would go into complete depression if I couldn’t do those!!

AHHHHHHH!!!! Left side of my neck hurts like hell. It just got stiffer and stiffer over the weekend. Can’t turn my head to the left or bend it to the left worth crap. Squats hurt like hell!! Pull throughs were okay but hut a little when getting into position for the ab pulldowns. This week is going to SUCK!!!

Deload next week. Taking it completely off, maybe. Then I’ll have three weeks left before I take off the week leading up to the UPA meet.

I was out cold last night, hit the snooze once this morning, and woke up all pissed off!! Weak ass workout yesterday! Tweaked something in my neck and it hurts like hell to bend it to the left. That hurt like hell benching and that just pissed me off even more!!!!

Chest and tri’s are wasted. I just couldn’t stop myself. I had to keep going and pushing it. It was great in a very sadistic way. Will be taking tomorrow to do a LOT of dynamic stretching. Entire body is stiff. Definitely didn’t need to do anything for the biceps as the Zerchers yesterday killed them along with doing a neutral grip on the pullups today but I could get 10 Reps that way!! The last set wasn’t very pretty though. Planning on deloading the week of Christmas. Perfect timing.

Had to go back a few pages to look but I’m deffinitely ahead on my eating and gaining weight goals.

Started new year goals at
BW: 200lbs
BF: 14%
LBM: 172

Wanted to be around a solid 210 for april meet and eventually at 220 around 18% BF.

Currently 5 weeks from that time
