					<description>Man, this is good stuff and one of the primary reasons why all of my weights for squats and deads have been so low for years.  I'm a nerd and like to sit in a chair for 8-16 hours a day.  Sometimes all in one sitting.

These stretches work people and don't be lazy about doing them.  Do them everyday if you have to.  Easier said than done.</description>
