Busy little beaver!
Thursday, June 26th, 2008Well I finally get to write something in the first time in like two weeks. I have been quite busy with projects. The ironic thing is my business has slowed down a bit but I have actually been busier. Work slowing down would seem like a downer but it actually has freed up some time for other projects for me. I have been some show prep for a female fitness competetor. She competed last week and placed fourth. We were both pretty happy about this and am already mapping out a game plan for future indevers. She is really driven and focused and I love to take people to their potential so we are a good fit and clic really well. i also just learned about a huge possible project for me, that I am nervously excited about. It may actually require me to relocate back to Boston for a few moths, so keep your fingers crossed for me. This has me happy because I may not be headed back to Boston in July due to scheduling. This may be a blessing in disguise though because I was only going to Boston to meet up with certain people and head to Vegas. That option seems to be out though and other things are on the horizon.
I have still been training really hard and am totally focused on being shredded. I would say that I think I am getting in some of the best shape of my life. I have really intensely been focusing on the diet and cardio (maybe not soo much doing a ton of cardio but more the type of cardio) I have been training full blown till about lsat week where I have been banging out reps and concentratiing on form and muscle contraction. I have been doing mostly full body circuit training on machines with very little rest. Today was my last day of of this type of focus. I ended with a double session of cardio today and some minor ab work. The morning was all step master for 30 minutes. the early eveing was abs and elevated treadmill for 30 minutes. I will do no training tomorrow as Iam heading out to Miami for some work on the weekend.
Next week I am gearing up for some powerlifting type training for the next few weeks. I intend to supplement that with a different diet and cardio. I want to add some lean size in the next few weeks. I don’t want any huge gains just between 5- 10 pound while trying to keep most of my conditioning or improving it.
I kind of slacked on this weeks "Recipe of the Week" but it will be back next week. I also will have another training feature coming soon, I just have to slow down a bit. Talk to you guys soon!!!
