Mid Shoulders and Chest

Yesterday was another solid workout. My energy was a bit low but I was strong. I had Chest and Mid delts yesterday. My chest workout was pretty good but my shoulders were awesome! I felt like I was sporting two watermelons for shoulders when I was done.

Chest-

Decline Press 15 12 12 12

Incline Hammer Machine 15 9 9 9

Pec Dec 15 9 9 9

Cable Flys 4 sets of 9

Mid Delts-

Side Lat. Raises 15 7 7 7 one set down the rack of weights 9 9 9 9 9

Wide grip Upright Rows 15 9 9 9 30

Wide Grip Military Press 20 15 9 9 9 30

First Day training on my new diet.

Monday, April 28th, 2008

 I have been on my new diet for about three days. I have not been training on it cause that is just how the days have fallen. Today was my first day training on the diet though. Yeah I forgot how brutal low carb can be while training, it also didn’t help that today was legs day. I swear I was going to puke half way thru my workout. My energy was low but my strength was good so I was pretty happy about that. I felt a lot better when I moved on to arms. Low energy but all in all a good day.

Legs-

Light leg extentions 4 sets of 20

Front Squats 15 12 9 7

Smith Machine Squats 20 15 12 9 7

Hack Squats 4 sets of 7

Leg Extentions (Heavy) 4 sets of 10

Arms-

Barbell Curls 15 9 7 7 7 5

Preacher Curls 15 9 7 5

Cable Curls 4 sets of 9
