Mid Shoulders and Chest
Wednesday, April 30th, 2008Yesterday was another solid workout. My energy was a bit low but I was strong. I had Chest and Mid delts yesterday. My chest workout was pretty good but my shoulders were awesome! I felt like I was sporting two watermelons for shoulders when I was done.

Mid Delts-
