Another one in the books

Saturday, April 28th, 2007

Ahh.. last day of training for the week. I don’t things would have been so bad if I didn’t have to jumble my last three days all together.  Well I made it and that’s what counts! Today was Hams and Shoulders. I was worn out today so I put more focus on muscle contractions and pumps with more reps today. I can say it was a good shock to the old system cause everything was burning.

Hams:

Low End Deadlifts 1 set of 50, 4 sets of 20

Standing Leg Curls 4sets of 15

Lying Leg Curls 4 sets of 15

Sitting Good Mornings 4 sets of 20

Shoulders:

Behind The Neck Press 4 sets of 9

Cable Rear Delts 4 sets of 12

Cable Lat. Raises 6 sets of 9

Good workout- Lots of good burning today. Well back to the grind in a couple of days.

Back Bi’s nd Tri’s

Friday, April 27th, 2007

Today was back width day. I did a lot of pulling and width building stuff. Luckily my legs and body didn’t start to wear out till a couple of hours ago. Good session this morning even though I felt like I was just at the gym, since I did legs last night.  

Lat Pulldowns 4 sets of 9

Reverse Close Grip Pulldowns 4 sets of 9

Behind the Neck Pulldowns 4 sets of 9

Chin Ups 4 sets of 13

Bi’s and Tri’s:

Tricep Side Ext. supersetted with Dumbell Hammer Curls 5sets of 9

Dips supersetted with One arm machine curls 5 sets of 9

Ab Twist 5 sets of 20

One more day to go!
