Another one in the books
Saturday, April 28th, 2007Ahh.. last day of training for the week. I don’t things would have been so bad if I didn’t have to jumble my last three days all together. Well I made it and that’s what counts! Today was Hams and Shoulders. I was worn out today so I put more focus on muscle contractions and pumps with more reps today. I can say it was a good shock to the old system cause everything was burning.
Hams:
Low End Deadlifts 1 set of 50, 4 sets of 20
Standing Leg Curls 4sets of 15
Lying Leg Curls 4 sets of 15
Sitting Good Mornings 4 sets of 20
Shoulders:
Behind The Neck Press 4 sets of 9
Cable Rear Delts 4 sets of 12
Cable Lat. Raises 6 sets of 9
Good workout- Lots of good burning today. Well back to the grind in a couple of days.
