The Back Machine
Friday, March 30th, 2007Back day today but I used mostly machines. I still went all out but not like I would on free weights.My two reasons for machines were: 1. I didn’t have a lot of ump today. and 2. I feel I can control machines and cables better when I’m tired.
Barbell Bent Over Rows (my only free weight back exercise today) 5 sets of 9
Lat Row Machine 5 sets of 9
Pulley Rows 5 sets of 9
Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns 5 sets of 9
Bis/Tis
Decline Close Grip Press/Barbell Curls 7 sets of 9
Cardio
25 min bike low intensity
25 min treadmill low intensity steep incline
