The end of my love affair with BJ’s and Legs Day
Wednesday, February 28th, 2007Today was day 2 of the war. Before I could do work in the gym I had to restock the old pantry. Went to BJ’s and had about $200 worth of food in my basket ready to check out. The wife and I started to check out but our card kept coming up expired. i knew it wasn’t expired because we just used it yesterday. After a 20 minute arguement with the service desk, they said if you came back with proof your card is not expired your all good. We were so pissed weput the stuff down and started to leave. We got in the car and I saw a membership magazine we just got in the mail that clearly stated our membership was good for another year. We took the magazine back in the store and they proceeded to still give us the run around and said it was a misprint but if we could bring a bank statement everything would be fine. Granted we only live down the street but it would still take a good 25 minutes out of our day on their mistake. I finally said screw this pulled out my Costco’s card and said I’m taking my business there. I am now offically threw with giving BJ’s my business. We ended up driving to Costco’s (20 minutes out of the way)and doing business there. the good thing was Costco’s was cheaper and we got a really good deal on protein there.
Training went very well today. I focused more on pumps and contractions again today. The workout went like:
Squats 5 sets of 9
Widow Maker Leg Presses 5 sets of 20
Dumbell Lunges 4 sets of 8
Leg. Extentions 4 sets of 12 1drop set of 20
Stifff Leg Deads 5 sets of 9
Glute Ham Raises (no weight) 4 sets of 20
Cardio 20 min. med intensity
I am off tomorrow so all I have is cardio and ab training.
See You Friday!!!
