Setting the Bar!!!
Tuesday, January 30th, 2007Back in action for the new week!!! Today was my rehab/ bi’s and tri’s combo day.
Today was a great day because I was able to bench the bar today. I’m actually not supposed to do the bar till after six weeks but I felt pretty good and wanted to try it. It was a little tight at first but I managed to get 4 sets of 50. I’ll just try adding 5 or 10 lbs. a week and see how it goes.
The rest of the workout went like this:
Pec Dec machine flyes 4 sets of 50
Shoulder Horn Curls 4 sets of 9
Bradford Presses 4 sets of 9
Cable Rear Delts 4 sets of 9
Curl Bar Curls suppersetted with Smith Machine Tricep Overhead Ext. 6 sets of 9
Pulley Row Curls suppersetted with Lying Pulley Row Tricep Exts.
6 sets of 9
Tricep Pushdowns 4 sets of 15
Should be a busy week as along with training I have a trip to Disney World this week and my sister is coming to town.
HARD LEGS TOMORROW!!!
