Last workout before Christmas!!!
Saturday, December 23rd, 2006Today was the final workout before the holiday. It was Hamstring and Shoulder day. Today I wanted a no nonsense approach to things. Get in do what I have to do and get out. I still have gifts to wrap and i still have to pack for Boston.
Hamstrings
Heavy Romanian deads 6 sets of 9
Single Leg Curl Machine 6 sets of 9
Sitting Leg Curls 4 sets of 9
Lying Leg Curls 4 sets of 9
Shoulders
Stop motion Military Presses (starting your military presses at chin level and pressing up from the saftey pins)
Rear delt flys 4 sets of 9
Dumbell Lat raises 4 sets of 9
Lat raiser Machine 4 sets of 9
It was a good but hard week. It will be good next week for a new training atmosphere. Happy Holidays everyone!!!
