I’ve started a new routine and was wondering if anyone had any advice on splits and excercises that go well together. I have a routine going, but any excercises that anyone would recomend would be nice, even timing and stretching advice.

Took a week off and have to make up for a lot already. I lost 2 pounds, some good, some bad. I like the challenge though.

I’ve reached 210 pounds now and can’t seem to get past it. I keep seeing some growth, but my weight goes down. I’ve gone from 14.7 to 13.5 percent bodyfat, but I doubt that would make that much of a difference. Any ideas or responses?

Working Construction all day and then going to the gym takes a lot out of you. I’ve found it’s a great way to work out your forearms though.

I have a lot of work to do with getting in as good of shape as most of the people I see on here. I’ve seen a lot of good advice from all the blog and personal pages, so thanks to everyone I’ve seen and read articles from.
