Ok so, I’ve been on this weight gaining thing for a REALLY long time. Only recently I’ve decided to ACTUALLY get into it. However, I weighed myself yesterday after a few weeks, and I lost 3-4 pounds!!!!
Now, BodySpace has helped me A LOT!!! I hardly do Cardio now, since I’
ll be burning about 1000 calories just by pushing the Start button on the Treadmill. Not to mention I’m not out of shape, since ive been running cross country and track for 4.5 years etc. I eat better and try to avoid dirty foods, but I kinda slide a slice of pizza twice a week.
I work out Harder and Shorter instead of Softer and Longer. I don’t really have a Routine, but this is what I’m working with for the time being.
I work out Tuesday | Thursday | Friday
Going Upper, Lower, Upper, then lower, respectedly.
Meal Plan:
8AM - CytoGainer: 900 Calories
10AM - Pop-Tart: 450 Calories
11AM - Natural Valley Nuts, Oats, & Honey: 300 Calories
12:40PM - Slice of Pizza - 400 Calories
2:00PM - Quaker Instant Oatmeal - 400 Calories
5:00PM - Chicken Breast Sandwhich W/ French Fries - GOD KNOWS HOW MANY CALORIES
6:00PM - Dry Roasted Peanuts - 300 Calories
8:00PM - Rice Beans & Chicken - A GAZILLION CALORIES
10:00PM - 1 Pint of Ice Cream. - 500 Calories
To be honest with you, I think I eat way more than this, because I’m usually up until 12 or so, and I always have some cereal late at night or something, but whatever. So this is my meal plan and work-out schedules.
