The Rollercoaster of BodyBuilding!

This is such an annoying rollercoaster!! I go up and back down, then up and back down. It’s so hard to maintain myself centered and to concentrate on one thing.

 Next week, I’m leaving the country for a week. Maybe that’ll help me clear my mind. When I get back I hope to go up and just up. :-\ — Though I have to build new betas and see what works best for me. It’s summer and I couldn’t find a better time to get back up and continue doing what I need to do! :-)

Back To Good

Alrighty, So the new measurements are up now. If you ask me the -.005 Inches, are DRASTIC changes that I am not proud of, but, I hope soon I will be back to normal. Tomorrow will be my first day back at the gym after 4 weeks of no gym. I’ll let you guys know how it goes!! :-) — CIAO!

My Body took a Toll on Itself

It has been nearly 4 weeks since I last went to the gym. I’ve been losing weight, swiftly. <– Bad News!

My theory is that I must’ve overworked myself, and things just took a toll.

But Now, I have promised myself to get back into the groove and continue doing what I need to do. Plus I’m not a quitter!

I will be posting new Body Stats tomorrow March 15th, 2007! We Will see how things go!

Oh My God!

Alrighty. Yesterday, I got really sick. I got some kind of stomach infection, It was horrible. I don’t know how it happened or why, It just did. Some people have a theory that is must’ve been the CytoGainer, since it was the first and last thing I had took once I woke up. Afterwards, I went to school and realized, I can’t eat anything because the sight of food makes me want to puke. So, I came back home and had some seltzer water after my body worked with its defense mechanisms to get rid of the infection.

 There a little problem though: I didn’t eat absolutely anything last night. I really feel like this is going to throw me off and and push me back 10 steps back after I went 5 steps foward. But I’m not a quitter, I’m going to continue doing what I have to do and continue taking the CytoGainer. If I get sick again, then I guess I’ll then take primary action and take a look at it’s ingredients or buy something else other than CytoGainer.

 So hopefully, last night (and today) don’t affect my plans, since I didn’t eat anything yesterday ALL day, and I barely ate anything today, since I’m still recovering (I feel 99% better).

Head’s Up!

Ok so, I’ve been on this weight gaining thing for a REALLY long time. Only recently I’ve decided to ACTUALLY get into it. However, I weighed myself yesterday after a few weeks, and I lost 3-4 pounds!!!!
Now, BodySpace has helped me A LOT!!! I hardly do Cardio now, since I’
ll be burning about 1000 calories just by pushing the Start button on the Treadmill. Not to mention I’m not out of shape, since ive been running cross country and track for 4.5 years etc. I eat better and try to avoid dirty foods, but I kinda slide a slice of pizza twice a week. :-) I work out Harder and Shorter instead of Softer and Longer. I don’t really have a Routine, but this is what I’m working with for the time being.

I work out Tuesday   |   Thursday   |   Friday
Going Upper, Lower, Upper, then lower, respectedly.

Meal Plan:
8AM - CytoGainer: 900 Calories

10AM - Pop-Tart: 450 Calories

11AM - Natural Valley Nuts, Oats, & Honey: 300 Calories

12:40PM - Slice of Pizza - 400 Calories

 2:00PM - Quaker Instant Oatmeal - 400 Calories

5:00PM - Chicken Breast Sandwhich W/ French Fries - GOD KNOWS HOW MANY CALORIES

6:00PM - Dry Roasted Peanuts - 300 Calories

8:00PM - Rice Beans & Chicken - A GAZILLION CALORIES

10:00PM - 1 Pint of Ice Cream. - 500 Calories

To be honest with you, I think I eat way more than this, because I’m usually up until 12 or so, and I always have some cereal late at night or something, but whatever. So this is my meal plan and work-out schedules.
