So i seem to be heading straight towards my goals even though im not moving as fast as i would like its still possible to meet both of them. My bench is definitely improving which is what i want, its been better inb the past so im back almost wehre i was and hopefully moving way past it here soon. Ive been hitting the gym hard lately and it is paying off, glad i have a good workout buddy to keep me going and i can do the same for him so we can improve together. I feel even thoiugh he is a few years older that i can be a motivator to him by pushing him and hopefully get him to where i am at in training which is right where he is headed. Very happy with my training right now.

So i finally am starting to see some development in my chest where i havent really seen lately. i wish i had a camera i could use to take pics after my workouts so i could see my progress coming along better but its not a huge deal. I feel great during my workouts but after im done with them i just want to go home and sleep all day, i want to feel more refreashed after and actually do something and not be sluggish. And im having a hard time cutting out nasty foods like taco bell for one, its my biggest weakness and it is soo annoying but im trying hard to get rid of the **** foods. Hopefully i can be where i want soon cause gaining 10 pounds of muscle is a lot more than i thought it would be.
