Life or something like it.

Last night I got the first good leg workout that I’ve had in awhile.   Certain aspects of my life are pretty ****ty right now, so I took it out on my legs.  Sweating like a pig made me feel amazing.  I’ll be going to do that again after work today. 

I may require a little extra motivational support for the next few days.  You kick me in the ass, I’ll kick my own ass AT the gym.  Fair?  YES!

 

Oh, and do any of you have any chicken recipes?  I’m really really sick of chicken.

    Its good when we can take it out on the legs and torture them to blow off some steam. Works every time and wears you out every time. Good to have you back.

    Good job my dear! As for chicken….chicken sucks. lol Eat a steak. lol Nah I love BBQ "Beer" chicken with a can of gingerale in there. I make a rub out of sea salt, pepper, and a little brown sugar. Slap some olive oil on that bad boy and rub it down. hahaha Chicken stiry is good. I "marinade" the chicken in low sodium soya sauce, pepper, and garlic then cook it all up with the veggies. When the veggies are almost done I add a mixture of soya, wasabi, chopped garlic, and some water. Mmmmmmm

    Sounds like stress management is what you need. Do what you need to do to cope, even if it’s kicking your butt.

    I am too much of a wimp to kick your ass but I will give you a virtual hug to deal with life’s downs. If you keep punishing yourself in the gym, here’s hoping that soon you will look great and feel great too! Can’t help you with the chicken. As another facet of my general wimpitude, I am a vegetarian. :)

    Not sure how clean it is, but throw boneless chicken breasts in a low sodium italian dressing merinade and it rocks. I’ll kick extra butt for you if you want me to.
