Incline Press
Thursday, December 20th, 2007So I finally feel like I am getting back to my pre college-grad self in gym after today’s workout. I worked my way up to 225×10 on incline press for my 6th set. I have to say I felt pretty good about that because I was feeling like absolute doo-doo this morning and hardly got any sleep last night. Today’s workout was a 20 pound increase over last week’s even while I was sick! I am definitely excited to see where I can go with this strength wise in the new year!
