Yeah, so i did about absolutely no training last week b/c Ive been busy moving into my new apartment and my brother has been down visiting.  Todays goal is to get all moved in and have one last night of debauchery getn loaded with my brother cuz i never get to see him!  So yeah, hangover tomorrow and then its back on the straight and narrow make’n a b-line for those goals.  Have a great weekend everybody:)  ~Jammin JACK~
