At last, some progress!
What’s up all!
Been a long time since I last posted.
I’ll keep it relatively short and sweet. January ‘08 saw myself finally attempt to kick start this bulk, that’s kind of been happening/not happening over the last year. And well, it’s going well. As my weight chart shows, I have at least gained from 64kg to 71kg in 3 months, a gain of around 15lb - of course with a little bit of fat, but thats to be expected. I seem to have stalled around 71kg at the moment though, which I think means I need an increase in calories, so i’ll have to edit everything I do where necessary. Slightly more tricky to do at the moment, what with moving back home over the break and such things, but hey i’ll try my best, and at least try to maintain the 71kg i’ve gained. At the moment i’m unsure whether to cut soon for the summer, or just look long term and maybe maintain the bulk a little longer, provided of course I don’t gain too much unwanted fat. I’ve never been 71kg before, so the good thing is I am progressing, with more good bulk around the chest, back, arms, shoulders and thigh area. And stomach
. Just finished a good workout, so I am feeling relatively optimistic at the moment. I never knew bulking would be so hard though, the times I just DON’T want to eat more is unbelievable, i’m just never hungry now, haha.
