What’s up all!
Been a long time since I last posted.
I’ll keep it relatively short and sweet. January ‘08 saw myself finally attempt to kick start this bulk, that’s kind of been happening/not happening over the last year. And well, it’s going well. As my weight chart shows, I have at least gained from 64kg to 71kg in 3 months, a gain of around 15lb - of course with a little bit of fat, but thats to be expected. I seem to have stalled around 71kg at the moment though, which I think means I need an increase in calories, so i’ll have to edit everything I do where necessary. Slightly more tricky to do at the moment, what with moving back home over the break and such things, but hey i’ll try my best, and at least try to maintain the 71kg i’ve gained. At the moment i’m unsure whether to cut soon for the summer, or just look long term and maybe maintain the bulk a little longer, provided of course I don’t gain too much unwanted fat. I’ve never been 71kg before, so the good thing is I am progressing, with more good bulk around the chest, back, arms, shoulders and thigh area. And stomach
. Just finished a good workout, so I am feeling relatively optimistic at the moment. I never knew bulking would be so hard though, the times I just DON’T want to eat more is unbelievable, i’m just never hungry now, haha.

Well this thing is screaming at me to make an update, only there’s not too much to say!
Strained my left forearm last week doing reverse curls, which is a bit annoying…. well more than a bit, its really annoying.
Managing to train around it at the moment though, only doing light work. And I never really knew how intense light work could actually be! Its more intense than my usual heavy work, i’ve upped the reps and sets, and i’ve thrown in some supersets as well to mix it up and its just… well, painful intense! Its a good thing though!

Well hell yeah.
Apologies for the lack of activity over the last two months, internet problems… will take a long time to explain so i’ll just say it got pretty screwed and I haven’t been able to get on.
Exams finished yesterday, 23/05, so i’ve been unable to focus on my training as much, and as a result i’ve lost a bit of muscle. But, summer is nearly here, now have 5 months of free time to really push hard.
On another plus, on 19/05 met Big Ron, he looks in great shape, and well.. huge. =) was a great day, got some autographs and photos i’ll post up in a bit.
Hope everyone’s been training hard, i’m sure i’ll get round to commenting you when i’ve caught up!

Finally my goal to work towards for like the last two years has been met… a 100kg/220lb clean. May not sound much to some, but for my age and weight class its pretty damn good! considering i did the Nationals last year with an 80kg clean and jerk. Can attribute a lot of this to my recent strength training… but finally! HELL YEAH!

Not much is happening really… been really busy so working out has been a hell of a difficulty to fit in.

Finally my weight has started going up. Don’t get me wrong i’m still a scrawny 148.5lb, but its a start. Definitely noticed much better muscle growth now i’m eating a load of calories. So this week/last week has been pretty positive for me really
and my workouts are going strong.
Mood: Elated! 
Today: Had great workout and spanish exam was easssy..
Tomorrow: History exam!
for 4.5 hours.
Mood due to tomorrow: Urrrgh. Dammit.
