Week #3
Hello everybody! I am now 3 weeks into my bulking journey, and all is well! I gained another pound this week, and I somehow still feel like my bodyfat went down a little.
My 1st can of Animal M-Stak is almost over, and it has obviously given me some pretty good results. I will run 1 more can of M-Stak and then take about 3 weeks off of it before I run it again.
I just now finished the tub of SuperPump 250 and will be starting Dymatize Xpand for my pre-workout NO boost. The reviews for Xpand are very good so hopefully it lives up to the hype!
Another little thing I have added to my supplement list is an intra-workout drink. I got the recipe from Big Ant on the FORVM. Honestly, I LOVE IT!!! It tastes great, gives me extra endurance in my workouts, and helps me recover faster all at the same time!
Another thing I have decided to do is change up my workout split. It now looks like:
- Chest/Tri’s
- Back/Bi’s
- Legs
- Shoulders
- Repeat
I always use Saturdays as my rest days and always do abs on M-W-F no matter what bodypart I may be lifting that day. I like this routine, and it seems to be working for me.
