September 20, 2008I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks and my results have been incredible, my sleep and skin look awesome i curious if anyone has experienced this product yet please let me know thank you for reading this.
Im interested to see what approach people take in nutrition heres mine!
September 17, 2008The approach I take is called the zig-zag approach. So what that means is that you have to figure out what your BMR=basal,metabolic,rate is. That means how many calories you burn in a day without lifting or doing cardio. so in my case im 205lbs and 10% body fat so what that mean is that I have 187 pounds of pure body mass. SO now what you have to do is figure out how calories you need from Protein-420 Carbs-550 Fats-82. those numbers are for the days I lift. Prot.-420 carbs-458 fat-82 those numbers are for the days i just do cardio. so when i just do cardio i decrease my calories by 368cal. then when I lift I increase 368cal. when you do this approach you always keep your body guessing and it wont have a chance to adjust to it. I feel that alot of people dont realize that you need to be eatting more calories to burn body fat. im just interested to see what approach people take or are they just wasting there time in the gym.
