Hitting the weights hard and training 5 days a week and cardio 5 days a week. This week I will start adding twice the amount of protein that I have been taking and fine tuning my diet. Starting to see the 6 pack and definition come out! In a few more weeks I will post some updated pics!

I have been out for awhile and was entering a new career and going to school. I have finally finished school and received my license and now focused on my plans. Trying to gather new inspirations and motivation . Revamping all my schedules and diet to conform with my goals in mind.Seeing all my friend here and there progress in truly a inspiration and helps me to stay on track and focused. I will post some new pics in a few months! Stay tuned

Hey Everyone , I have just added my pics and made some great progress. When I started I was at a body weight of 170 and now up to 193lbs. I have lost atleast 13lbs of fat and added alot of muscle. I will continue to work on getting in the single digits for body fat percentage. Drop me a comments on what you think and even what you think may be lagging. Thanks , James
