Guys, I am tired of people asking me how to burn fat!!  Burning fat is as simple as ABC.  Their are many ways of burning fat and I could talk about fat burning all night and day but unfortunately I don’t have the time.  Getting ripped or burning fat is no rocket science.  Those with ripped physiques got it by doing hard work, paying strict attention to diet and working out. Hard work consist of weight training the right way to burn fat.  Their are many ways to weight train, however, their is a specific way of training with weights to burn fat calories as well as burn fat on the human body. Burning fat with weights comprises of doing two or more large muscle groups in a single set.  Example of these exercises would include Squats, bench press, dead lift, push ups, lunges and pull ups.  by doing exercises that work more than one body part at a time, you are using more energy, thus expending more caloric burning.  this also stimulates the metabolism.  The higher your metabolism is the more fat you burn.  One can increase metab by eating frequently.  By eating frequently  i mean at least six meals a day.  Your metabolism can also be increase with supplements such as green tea, lipo 6, weight training, hydroxycut, hoodia etc. Supplements such as arginine has been shown to decrease body fat if taken frequently.  There is the saying now" get lean with Arginine".  I personally have used the product but I cannot say for sure if that’s what got me lean because I eat very healthy, run as well as sprint as well as an avid weight lifter.
Incorporating cardiovascular activity into your training will significantly burn fat calories.  Cardio includes any activity done over a period of time that requires you to tap into your aerobic energy source.  Example of these activities include, running or jogging, swimming, cycling or spinning.  For you to burn fat though you must be in you should strive to do cardio in your fat burning zone.  This zone is different for everyone because we are all in different shape and age range.  For a Tour de France athlete, it takes five (5) minutes to reach this zone, a bodybuilder requires ten minutes and a person that is out of shape it will take them twenty minutes.  This is why most people don’t burn fat calories because most of the population is out of shape and I know a handful of people that can run, swim or jog for more than twenty minutes.

That’s all for now folks just thought that I would share some insight about fat burning since I am bombarded with this question everyday.  I hope that this blog was helpful to everyone.  Feel free to send me questions regarding this topic.  Take care and happy fat burning.

Hey everyone did an awesome workout today after taking days off from the gym due to a head cold.  I felt a little better so i decided to hit the legs.  Can anyone provide me with some tips as to how to get my hamstring bigger.  I work them pretty hard or I think I do but they don’t grow.  I don’t know if I need to lift heavy and take more rest or lift medium and take less rest. I need to run a sub ten 100m by February of 2009 so any help with athletic training would be incredible from you guys.  I would like to take the opportunity to say hello to everyone.  This site has been very helpful and motivational to me.  Thanks to everyone that added me as their friends and thanks for the great comments.  If I can be of help to anyone please feel free to send me a message.  Have a great weekend and happy lifting.
