Just wondering if anyone new anything on Volu Gro by Nutex. I have been thinking abut taking it, but I wanted some in put from others first. Some first hand knowledge. I’d rather take it as a pre-workout supp instead of a post (I’d like to take true mass by BSN directly after). Thoughts?????

Well I just had Lasik surgery on my eyes last Monday and was instructed to take a week off of training. Today was the first time I was able to go back to the gym. I ate the same as I would (no supplements though) as if I was training and still lost 3.5 Lbs. Thats not really helping me accoplish my set goals. I guess I’ll have to get back in there and kill myself to put this weight back on.

Hey everyone,
Wanted to get any information I could on building mass. I’m currently doing a program called Power/Rep Range/Shock. I have found it to be pretty good. I have gained 15 Lbs. since the end of July, and have become much stronger. I’m currently sitting at 168 Lbs. to 170 Lbs. but I would like to add another 20 Lbs. of lean mass if possible. I eat clean, but I’m not sure if I’m getting enough calories a day for my weight (2300-2400 cal. per day). Any advice would be great, especially since I just started dieting properly this summer. Can anyone point me in the right direction and show me what I need to do??
