Fustration is setting in…..
Thursday, April 3rd, 2008I have been pushing myself to gain more size since my last show. I have seen some inprovements but not what I was expecting. I’m currently 162 (last 2 lbs from NOV 07) but I’m stronger than I was then. I’m eating like crazy to the point I start to feel sick. I workout 6 days a week, only giving 3 to 4 days of rest between muscle groups. I need to start my dieting 1 May for the 12 July show. Are there any suggests out there that my can help me gain about 5 to 8 more lbs?
