Motivation

I’m trying to stay motivated and prepare for the next show.  I’m not seeing any improvements from the first show.  I know I can not win them all but I would like to be in the best condition as possible.  My friend that trains with me, say I’m looking great.  I just don’t feel that why.  How do you prepare for somethings you have never took part of.  My first NPC show, can I really be competitive against these guys.  One day I’m motivated and ready to go, and the next the opposite feeling.  I know I put more pressure on myself, but is it bad to feel that I do not want to get my feelings hard.  If you know what I mean.  Motivation have to be the key to my success since the show is about 4 weeks out.  I will improve and give those guys a ran for they money.

Man I know exactly how you feel. One day I look in the mirror and say DAM I am gonna take my class. The very next day I will say to myself man why am I bothering entering this show? This sport is VERY mental and all I can say is just stay on track and keep a positive mind set. Good luck bro!
