I’m a fat POS again…………ARRRGH
Ok, so my girlfriend moved in with me about a year ago……. and I’ve gained 45 frickin pounds in that year. I know i can;t really blame it on her, but she doesn’t have the workout or diet ethics that i have, or had rather……… somehow this rubbed off on me, also not having to impress the opposite sex when you’re in a relationship probably doesn;t help things either….
So, it’s time to revamp the diet again and get ripped…………But how do I tell her (without upsetting her, of course) that she needs to place a little more importance on working out herself… she has definitely gained some weight as well…………………………………

Perhaps you won’t have to be too direct. Just by changing up your diet (not eating crap, whether she does or not) & starting back the workouts may be enough to motivate her. Esp after you drop some lbs & she sees your commitment & progress.

The best thing to do bro is to contiune open communication if you that’s what you two have already. You want to include her in your diet and workout, so that she see’s that though your making new time commitments you are trying to include her as well! And metnion that you don’t feel up to stuff for her and that you want to contiune to be sexy… though this is for you and your body image, you need to keep her in the loop!
