Week 6 here I come…no excuses!!

Had a great sleep in today…8.30am!! Woo hoo!! This previous week, my diet has been a little all over the place as well as my cardio. I’m kinda peed off with myself for that but hey…there’s no need to sulk about it, just change it!! Mentally, Monday seems like a good start especially now that I am on a course of Hydroxycut HARDCORE!! Don’t want to throw the benefits out of the window. So I am going to prepare my mind like I did when I first started my training and diet nearly 6 weeks ago. I am going to train by the super compensation/recovery concept over the next 6 weeks, with only 2 heavy weight sessions during the week splitting the top half and bottom half so I can adequate rest and growth. My cardio will pretty much stay the same and I am going to have to frickin kick my ass to get out of bed in the mornings. I will aim at morning and evening cardio…I have the time to do so and hopefully the weather will be much nicer as it rained a lot last week which assisted with me keeping my filo ass in bed.
