Road to the OCB Midwest States
I’m about 60% sure that I’m going to compete in the OCB Midwest States Bodybuilding Competition coming up in late November in Illinois. It will be my first competition. I still have a ton of questions about competing. I have been to a few shows, just never in one. One of the biggest challenges I think i face right now is getting a posing routine down. I should decide for sure in the next couple of weeks if I’m actually going to compete or not.

I was thinking about competing in that show, too! I really have a lot of questions, just as you do. Life for instance, is there a novice class and is it drug tested? Things like that make a world of difference for me because it would be my first show. If you decide to do it, let me know, maybe we can push/encourage each other in the prep process and finally meet on stage!
