Great! Now you can train at your convinence. I was trying to lose weight without pumping weights; it won't work. The muscule is what burns fat and without it - we just keep losing muscle/not fat. :( It is hard to eat clean if you do not cook your own foods. I cook a few things (throw a chick or two in the oven), some frozen fish in a pot in the oven, some brown rice, viggies all in one day then I have it for a while. Right now I don't even care what it taste like......I am sick of being fat/have tried everything and want to eat just to gain work-out strength. It is alot of work up frt but... you MUST. It works! Terikee sauce (lite sodium) makes stuff taste better. I hope you begin to get a complete program together because you will be happier: nutrition, supplements, training/cardio. Best of health to you in 2009! lets go~
