I just weighed my self and according to my scale (which is what i have been going by since i started lifting) i am 177 (before i ate and after i just worked out, and it was a crappy workout)…since last year around june i started to cut and i was 240 (bf uknown) and like a few weeks ago maybe 3/4 i was 185 and i just started a bulking program 4 weeks ago! now the obvious reason is because i eat like im on a cut. I dont know what to do though i want a BF% around 10-12 but i want to be big. i always thought i was bigger than i am…like im 177 and i have love handles and a 4 pack. i dont want to drop below 175. anyways here is the main point of this blog. should i just cut down and then bulk up for summer? or just lean bulk and hope the fat burns off slowly? heres a picture.

Hello everyone. ive been eating pretty lean latley because im trying to lose weight. but since its valentines my family decided to take me out to swiss chalet. so i got a half chicken and a baked potatoe. was that wrong? i just worked out though and it was legs day (very tiring). i looked up on the internet and it says a half chicken has like 450ish callories, without skin. i had with skin but i didnt eat the skin. and the potatoe has 270ish cals. and thats all had, not including a piece of a small bun and the condiments. im not on a strict diet (dont count calories) but was that wrong? i will probably do some speed walking in a bit because im paranoid

well last monday i couldnt get my 5 reps of my bench (210 lbs) i re did my last friday workout today (i powerlift)to set me for next monday, well the program only says to do 3 reps of ur mondays weight but i usually do 4, i was aggrivated already so i got 5 today. im glad now i know i can do 210×5. monday i may do 210 again or up it 2 or 3 pounds because to go up by 5 pounds a week (which i have been for the past about 4/5 weeks) and its been going good until now. so im gona slow it down. my squats im flying through, along with deadlift. row and military are starting to go up by to much so ill bringer down to 2 pounds. =D lookin forward to monday!

Damn, today at lunch me and a buddy drove to wendy’s. i ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwhiches large fries and a pop. after my first sandwhich i noticed, wow i really should have bought all of this food. so i took the chicken breast out of the second one and ate it like that. i had half of my fries and pop and gave the rest to my buddy. when i got back to school i bought a bottle of water and im still regretting eating there i should have went to subway or something. when ever im hungy i dont even think about amounts or dieting it hits me after. how do u guys cope with it? esepecially being a person wanting to lose weight. thanks

hey guys and girls, this site looks like alot of fun. i check out bodybuilding daily for new articles and just interesting things. i just started working out "routinley" a couple months ago, powerlifting that is. im surprised at the results already, my bench went from 190 to 215 (1 RM), my squat from about 165 to 220, deadlift 180 to 230, everything is still rising and has yet to slow me down. i dont use machines, i love using olympic freeweights. i have a few goals set for my self, come check out my bodyspace! thanks guys and happy training!
