Day One of 12 Week Transformation - Get my body back!!
Had a very good first day…ate well and hit the gym at a decent hour (4:30 - 5:45 pm). This week I am going to stick with the following routine:
Mon: Strive and 20 min cardio Tue: 60 min of cardio Wed: Strive and 30 min cardio
Thu: 60 min of cardio Frid: Strive and 30 min of cardio Sat: 90 min high intensity mountain biking
Sun: 45-60 Trail walk with dogs
