HELP ME!!
I am eating way to much fat. here is my intake for the week. 20,000 calories 1000 grams fat 2200 carbs. Now my vice
3 buffet’s this week 1 night out for a bad dinner. Any suggestions on how to control my cravings and still eat a sizable meal once in a while.

Have you tried breaking your meals up into smaller pieces? 5-6 meals a day, so you eat less overall and stay a bit full all the time. If you can develop a habit of thinking of healthy foods and how they work for you instead of against you, then the high-fat stuff may not appeal to you anymore.
Ellen Degeneres says something like "People don’t need all-you-can-eat buffets. We’re going to eat again tomorrow." Knowing when to put down the fork is a useful skill.
