Perspective
yesterday i got the chance to attend a Fallen Warrior Ceremony. my military brothers and sisters probably know what i’m talking about. but for those of you who don’t…….basically its a ceremony to honor one or more fallen service members. Needless to say, it is a very humbling ceremony to take part in, and it puts things into perspective VERY quickly. As i was walking away i kept looking back at the aircraft that the two soldiers had been put on and thinking about how my family would be affected if that was me on the plane. I realized that getting upset about the little things in life is just pointless. there are FAR more IMPORTANT things to worry about.
for those of you who read this, thank you for your time. And the next time you see a service member, i hope you remember my blog and the sacrifice that many have made for this great country of ours.

Whenever I see service members in uniform, I try to make a point of going over & thanking for their service & sacrifice.
Great post. Thanks.

As a former Army brat, I know exactly what its like to be part of the military family. There was a soldier on my flight out here and I thanked him for serving. He looked shocked and then so thankful. There isn’t a day that goes by that we should EVER forget those that gave their lives for our freedom. My sister lost her dad in Vietnam and so I get to see first hand what it can do to someone. So, thank you for serving!

Most def bro…I think about that whenever I hear about a fallen comrade…makes me appreciate life more, less upset at the little stuff, and take no time spent for granted. More power to you bro…keep up the good work as I will too…
