punishment pays off!
February 2, 2009recently i’ve been giving it all i have, pushing myself harder than ever and the results speak for themselves. I’m gaining size and strength like crazy. plateus happen, i was stuck in one for the better part of a year. i have found my trick is getting back to the basics and going bals to the wall!
