almost 3 wks out…!
October 4, 2007so now ive been dieting for almost 7 wks and im happy to say taht my body and mind has responded well to it. it hasnt always been a walk in the park, but for the most part, it has been tolerable. as of 4 wks out ive made some changes: protein is still kept at around 300g, carbs at 200g or a little less and of course with minimal fats. ive cut condiments and all artificial sweetners this week as well in an effort to naturally lose a bit of water weight. in accordance with that, ive upped my water from a gallon a day to 1.5. my vascularity has increased significantly; i am now able to see veins along my obliques and serratus as well as my lower abs (veins ON my abs are yet to come). triceps are beaded and delts have vascularity as well. im still holding some fat and water along my lowest abs and mid back…though you can start to see a faint christmas tree in my lower back. cross striations are starting to appear in my lower quads though hamstrings and glutes are still watery. ONWARDS!
