-Leg Extensions:(warm ups): 2 sets of 10 reps 100lbs
-Squats: 4 sets of 10 reps 185lbs/225lbs
-Hack squats: 4 sets of 10 reps 375lbs
-Leg Press: 1 set of 10 reps, 3 sets of 15 reps 450lbs
-Walking Lunges: 3 sets of 8 reps body weight
-Leg Extensions: 4 sets of 15 reps 120lbs
-Leg Curls: 4 sets of 10 reps 80lbs each leg
-Calf raises: 6 sets of 25 reps 190lbs
-Good Mornings: 3 sets of 10-12 reps 95lbs
This is my leg workout from Thursday that’s still killin me, i soaked in the tub and my legs are still hurt. I need some recovery supps.
