Getting Motivated and Focused
I have been working out pretty hard! I’ve met a lot of people whom have been of a great deal of help and now it is up to me. Last night I did 90 minutes of cardio hit I am going to drop that down to 1 hour, five days per week! I’m going to start focusing more on my chest and abs so be ready for some real changes! No one ever leaves me picture messages so I guess that sould tell me something, game on!
