Thanks for posting your diet.  It is great to see how you are eating.  don't worry ladies, i would  only worry if he was mixing the Kashi and ground beef together  :-)  

It is nice to see how others diet. You make me feel like i am just a hog.  And my metabolism is not fast- anymore  :-(   But thank you for bringing me back to reality.
