That being said lol
Its been awhile since ive got on here to rant and I have had some pretty amazing workouts since, and some pretty bad ones as well. Up untill wed i was hurtin for some kind of energy. Before that i was doing it with just natural energy and i had been running on low for about 2 weeks. But thx to NoXplode im back ontop of my workouts kickin ass in the gym. I feel awesome after yesterdays back and shoulder wrkout. my delts are still onfire, stuborn bastards dont want 2 grow but they wont have a choice. My chest is getting a whole helluva lot stronger its just not "looking" good yet, and its really startin to piss me off, but hey its probably cuz i should focus on getting the last of this fat off my body but building muscle is sooo much fun and its hard to build muscle while losing fat so im at a crossroads right now and dont know what i should do o well
well thx for reading my rant, got any info on how to better devolp the look of my pecs hook it up with some info!
