Title has absolutley nothing to do with anything
That being said lol
Its been awhile since ive got on here to rant and I have had some pretty amazing workouts since, and some pretty bad ones as well. Up untill wed i was hurtin for some kind of energy. Before that i was doing it with just natural energy and i had been running on low for about 2 weeks. But thx to NoXplode im back ontop of my workouts kickin ass in the gym. I feel awesome after yesterdays back and shoulder wrkout. my delts are still onfire, stuborn bastards dont want 2 grow but they wont have a choice. My chest is getting a whole helluva lot stronger its just not "looking" good yet, and its really startin to piss me off, but hey its probably cuz i should focus on getting the last of this fat off my body but building muscle is sooo much fun and its hard to build muscle while losing fat so im at a crossroads right now and dont know what i should do o well
well thx for reading my rant, got any info on how to better devolp the look of my pecs hook it up with some info!

The Saturday after that last post i sprained my ankle playin ball with my cuz. Ive still been able to hobble around the gym and workout stil.However Cardio Has been halted again ive been shooting around for about a week now, But its not quite there enough so i can do wind sprints like i want. lol And i seem to only write when im doin back day i think i just get uber excited on back day.
My diet has been going awesome no bullshit food at all!!! im so proud my muscle gains are going pretty well, GOTTA STAY POSITIVE!!!!!

Allright today is the start of my Clean cut diet of no sodas no junk food or fast food. I am going to start my cardio today. I’ve neglected cardio since i’ve started working out 3 months ago. I am going to do wind sprints after my workout lol thankfully im working back and tri’s today and not legs.
well i hope my knees hold up today i’ve neglected my rehab as well and im hoping these wind sprints will be just the thing to help shred the fat. The story about my knees will be for another post when i can finnaly remember what the doctor called my problem. its basically a long name that stands for snafu with my knees so yeah thats what basketball does to you when u weigh 280 and u play like ur 180 lol i thought i was the fat white mike.
I am uber excited about my workout today im going to go look for some more info on back workouts and plan it out lata!!!!!
