B-Day Diet Break and Bench Max
Well I know that I am not the only person who goes all out with food and cakes for their B-Day. Since Friday I have been taken out to eat and had people buying me all kinds of cakes, especially cheese cake(my Favorite). So now i have to work all that off and I have my bench max that I have been working on for a long time now. My goal is 400lbs but i know very well that I won’t hit that with the weight loss and low carb diets. So what ever I do end up hitting I will still be happy with since I am only 165lbs, but my ultimate long term goal is to get that 400 up there.
