bulking up
Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008I realized that in order for me to gain some strength so I can make my goal of the 400lb bench I am going to have to put on about 10lbs but its going to be clean weight. I have already put on 3lbs and I have gained some strength cause I was able to rep 315 twice again. So with that plan my goal date has been canceled. Now its just when I hit that weight, when ever that will be.
